Minor variations in appearance may occur based on availability while maintaining the same quality and value.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed before payment.
Secure payment methods are available, including Apple Pay, bank transfer, and any other payment options provided on the website.
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available within Abu Dhabi.
Orders are prepared within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Delivery time depends on the shipping company and external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Golden Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a return within 24 hours of delivery.
A full refund will be issued after inspection and confirmation that the product is unused and in its original condition.
Delivery fees only will be deducted (AED 20 within Abu Dhabi, or according to the shipping company outside Abu Dhabi).
Orders may be cancelled before preparation or dispatch with no charges.
