We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction and therefore offer our Golden Guarantee for your peace of mind.


1. Return Policy (Golden Guarantee)

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a return within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

  • A full refund will be issued after the product is inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition and packaging.

  • For Abu Dhabi, only the delivery fee (AED 20) will be deducted.

  • Outside Abu Dhabi, delivery charges will be deducted according to the shipping company’s rates.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before the order is prepared or dispatched with no charges.

  • If the order has already been prepared or shipped, the Golden Guarantee return policy will apply.


3. Return Procedure

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. You will receive instructions for the return process based on your location.

  4. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with complete packaging.


4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be approved.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
